Job summary

A leading consumer goods company in Durban is seeking a Quality Analyst to ensure that all products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Food Technology or Biotechnology, at least one year of experience, and knowledge of quality systems and food safety protocols. Responsibilities include implementing Quality Management Systems and analyzing product quality. This is a full-time, on-site position at the Indonsa Factory.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP (Purchasing, Release and blockage of stock.)
• Understanding HACCP requirements.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a working environment.
• Working Knowledge of PC Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Fully Operational in WC/Continuous improvement QC tools.
• Working Knowledge WCM/ Continuous improvement Q methodology.
• Working Knowledge of Quality systems and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Quality Management Systems and hygiene protocols.
• Conduct analysis of development samples and consumer complaint samples.
• Perform evaluations of customer complaints and write reports.
• Ensure proactive approach towards Quality or Food safety gaps.
