Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Quality Analyst at our Boksburg site to ensure quality across inbound materials, production and finished goods. You will monitor conformance to specifications, raise NCRs, ensure SAP accuracy and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role emphasizes HACCP compliance, PQS standards and collaboration with QA, planning and production teams. A diploma in Food Tech/ Biotechnology and 1–3 years manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Matric with Maths & Physical Science; relevant diploma/degree.
• HACCP understanding required.
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inbound analyses all incoming raw and packaging material for non-conformities against specifications.
• Raise supplier non-conformances and report to QA Manager and Planning.
• Process non-conforming material returns and supervise removal of defective material.
