Responsibilities

• Electrical Maintenance — Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on all electrical and automated systems
• PLC Fault Finding — Conduct advanced fault finding on PLCs, production lines, and processing equipment
• Refrigeration Systems — Maintain and troubleshoot refrigeration systems, cold rooms, and temperature-control equipment
• Abattoir Equipment — Ensure optimal functioning of slaughter-line equipment, hoists, conveyors, and cutting machinery
• Installations & Upgrades — Assist with installation, upgrades, and commissioning of new equipment and systems
• Compliance — Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, including food-safety requirements
• Downtime Reduction — Minimise downtime and support continuous production efficiency
• Reporting — Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports
