Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) invites applications for the QFSE Manager role in Polokwane. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for Quality, Food Safety, Safety, Health and Environmental performance to ensure safe, compliant products and drive a culture of excellence across the plant.

You will lead internal and external audits, manage laboratory performance, and coach a multidisciplinary team to sustain world-class standards and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and professional certifications (QMS/HACCP) are required.
• 5-8 years in Quality/SHEQ in FMCG/beverage manufacturing with audit experience.
• ISO/FSSC and NOSA or similar certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality and food safety management to ensure compliance with FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001.
• Oversee environmental and safety compliance per ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; conduct risk assessments.
• Maintain robust SHEQ systems, data management, documentation, and reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop the QFSE team and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Monitor QFSE KPIs and drive continuous improvement and cross-functional governance.
