Responsibilities

• Assess and process product warranty/claims.
• Inspect returned parts and identify causes of failure.
• Compile accurate technical reports and documentation.
• Liaise with branches, workshops, and suppliers.
• Maintain strong turnaround times and ensure compliance standards.

• 23 years claim administration or 5 years motor parts / counter sales experience
