Job summary

EQPLUS TECHNOLOGIES PTY LTD in Centurion is seeking an experienced QA Test Lead to join our team. You will lead QA activities to ensure reliability and quality of loyalty and rewards technology solutions used by leading brands.

The role requires at least 5 years of software testing experience, including coordinating testing efforts, and strong English communication. After-hours support and extended hours during releases may be required.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric with relevant Software Testing / QA training or experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ commercial software testing experience, including leading or coordinating testing activities.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC and practical experience in functional, regression, integration and system testing.
• Experience translating requirements into test scenarios, cases and data, and managing test plans, execution, defects and quality reporting.
• Ability to estimate effort, prioritise work, manage dependencies, monitor progress and assess release readiness.
• Proven ability to coordinate QA resources and collaborate with Developers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and stakeholders.
• Willingness to do afterhours support duties and occasional extended hours during releases or critical implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
