Job summary

ACI Worldwide in Colombia seeks a Quality Engineer to validate requirements, develop and execute test plans, and maintain automated test cases across modular and solution environments. You will document results to support validation and modification of software, analyze test outcomes, and provide feedback on performance, load, and stress testing for end-to-end systems.

Travel may be required, domestic or international.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience in software testing.
• 2+ years Quality Engineering and/or systems testing experience required.
• Experience in test automation/development.
• C1 English Level
• Understanding and experience with platform and operating system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and validates requirements for completeness and risks with traceability.
• Writes and executes detailed test scripts and test plans.
• Manages complex test environments and data conditions.
• Focuses on end-to-end testing needs across multiple parts of a product and system.
• Manages validation test phase and regression testing.
• Analyzes defects and liaises with development teams.
• Converts manual tests to automated tests using the correct framework.
• Supports acceptance testing with customers and resolves issues.
• Develops and analyzes outputs from scripts that measure quality metrics.
• Provides sizing support for Sales for potential customers.
