Job summary

The Analyst, Quality Assurance (QA) is a member of the Information Technology (IT) team and is responsible for executing functional system testing for software components to ensure enterprise systems perform as designed and meet business requirements.

The tester works across the department with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to develop test scripts, automate where possible, document results, and support SDLC improvements.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in functional system testing (planning, scripting & maintenance).
• Experience testing large-scale systems, preferably in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP testing; Salesforce or Ellucian Banner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create test case templates mapping manual to automation tests.
• Develop test scripts and load models for performance testing.
• Execute software testing across enterprise systems and document results.
• Support SDLC process improvements and test automation initiatives.
