Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in the EPC industry as QA Advisor.
• Experience in RCA methodologies will be advantageous.
• Track record of training and implementing company strategies successfully.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 principles and other relevant standards.
• Track record of training and implementing company strategies.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 principles, RD-0034 and ASME NQA1.
• Understanding of ISO 19011 principles.
• Understanding of basic principles of Engineering / Procurement / Construction and Project Management.
• Proven proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat is essential.
• Proven proficiency in recognized EDMS systems.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary engineering, procurement, and construction industry.
• Knowledge of the nuclear industry, particularly applicable standards, would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide support on quality issues to all areas of the business.
• Participate in Supply Chain management processes.
• Preparation and execution of PQPs and PMPs on all Nuclear projects.
• Executing the internal audit program for QM audits.
• Drive quality improvement methods and improve process performance management.
• Ensures professional non-conformance (NC) management and reporting of all business units.
• Drives quality improvement methods and improves process performance management (e.g. 8D, RCA, FMEA).
• Provide continuous management and support to all projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of all products and services provided by the company. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support on quality issues to all areas of the business including construction delivery, proposals, procurement, and business services
• Participate in Supply Chain management processes
• Preparation and execution of PQPs and PMPs on all Nuclear projects
• Incorporation of industry standard requirements such as NQA-1 requirements
• Executing the internal audit program increasing transparency, effectiveness, and efficiency of QM audits to create a business impact
• Ensures professional non-conformance (NC) management and reporting of all business units
• Drives quality improvement methods and improves process performance management (e.g. 8D, RCA, FMEA)
• Provide continuous management and support to all projects

Requirements

• Qualified Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or equivalent with professional registration
