Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a backend developer to build the backend of our new product. You’ll work with a team to implement Python using Django and AngularJS, with HTML5/CSS3 for responsive design.

You should bring at least three years of Python web development experience, a Bachelor's in CS/Engineering, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, writing clean, maintainable code and deploying to production.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a web developer in Python preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a developer with a strong background in Python and C#.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have an aptitude for software development.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with Python client applications to extract and generate data for processing.
• Collaborates with clients to ensure information is structured and delivered in the most efficient manner possible.
• Develops and maintains code that gets deployed into production.
• Writes clean, reusable, and effective code.
• Continuously refactors code to remove redundancies and improve performance.
• Ensures the application works as intended when deployed to production.
• Evaluates requirements and uses analytics to ensure compliance with design specifications.
