We are looking for a PX Country Lead & People Business Enabler, playing a key role in our Industrial business in Boksburg, South Africa.

SKF South Africa is represented by 200 employees in the Industrial Market Sales Unit in Jet Park, Boksburg and Gauteng.

Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the People Agenda, by analyzing, designing, and implementing structures that fuel agility, efficiency, and growth
  • Facilitate org design and workforce planning that align with strategic goals, including growth plans, talent management, and succession planning
  • Coach and challenge leaders to scale their impact
  • Design and deliver high-impact leadership development programs
  • Strengthen team dynamics through targeted interventions and offsites
  • Lead people-centered change in complex transformation initiatives
  • Develop strategies to ensure change is sustainable, scalable, and engaging
  • Build readiness, resilience, and alignment across teams
  • Act as a thought partner to senior leaders on culture, talent, and capability
  • Use data to diagnose challenges and co-create solutions
  • Coordinate alignment between business priorities and people strategies
  • Encourage initiatives designed to elevate the company as an attractive place for employees, with focus on retention and compliance with a safe, inclusive, and healthy environment as outlined in our Code of Conduct and Values (Collaboration, Curiosity, Courage, Care)

Your Profile
  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree in HR (PX) or related field, plus extensive experience as an HR (PX) professional
  • Extensive experience in organizational design, change management, and leadership development, with deep understanding of team dynamics and systemic thinking
  • Hands-on experience with transformation projects (M&A, agile shifts, culture change, etc.)
  • A strategic mindset with a bias for action, creativity, and influence
  • Good understanding of South African labor law
  • Ability to navigate a matrix organization, establish effective working relations, and coordinate shared commitments, with facilitation and coaching skills
  • Positive attitude, integrity, and a practical mindset for solving problems while ensuring compliance to regulations and policies
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience using people analytics tools, to promote data-driven decision-making and digital transformation (meritorious)
