Purchasing Administrator Location : Brits, North West | Full-time | Department : Purchasing : Requirements : Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or Financial Accounting .
Advanced MS Excel skills (including charts) .
35 years experience in finance (reconciliations, queries) or purchasing.
Familiarity with budgets, planning, and B-BBEE documentation.
Experience with purchasing systems and ident creation an advantage .
Strong attention to detail, team player, able to work under pressure.
Fluent in English with own reliable transport.
Purchase and order materials, consumables, and equipment.
Coordinate purchasing activities in line with policies and procedures.
Support cost-saving initiatives and resolve payment queries.
Create and update idents for business planning accuracy.
Participate in demand planning and tender forecasting.
Support buyers with daily purchasing tasks.
Coordinate B-BBEE compliance with suppliers.
Perform general admin and purchasing duties as required.
