Job summary

A leading hospitality group in Cape Town is seeking a Public Areas Attendant who will be responsible for the highest level of cleanliness in guest areas while providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping and must demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. This position requires fluency in English and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hotel housekeeping environment.
  • Proven training skills and ability to convey information clearly.
  • Strong organizational, supervisory and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure cleanliness in all guest public areas.
  • Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Report issues to the PA Supervisor or HSK Manager.
