About the JobMatshomo Group seeks highly skilled and registered Psychometrists and Psychologists to support the implementation of the Talent Management Framework and Leadership Competencies through comprehensive capability and psychometric assessments.The successful candidates will play a critical role in evaluating leadership capability, role-fit, learning potential, personality traits, and team dynamics of candidates, as well as conducting assessments for the Talent Development Programme for external bursars.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and interpret psychometric assessments to evaluate Logical and abstract reasoning, Problem analysis and decision-making ability, Learning potential and counterproductive work behaviours, Personality traits, emotional intelligence, leadership style, and team dynamics, Conduct Talent Plotting using 9-Box matrices, Generate and deliver assessment reports, Facilitate feedback sessions, Conduct psychometric profiling and pile composite reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Mandatory registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Psychometrist or Psychologist.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in conducting large-scale psychometric and competency assessments.
  • Proven track record in leadership capability profiling, succession planning, and organisational talent management.
  • Strong proficiency with psychometric tools, assessment batteries, and reporting systems.
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
