We're looking for a compassionate, skilled Psychologist to join our established multidisciplinary practice.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Psychologist located in the City Pretoria.

The Psychologist will be responsible for providing psychological assessments, counseling, and mental health services to clients.

Daily tasks include evaluating client needs, conducting therapy sessions, maintaining detailed client records, and developing treatment plans tailored to individual requirements.

Collaboration with other healthcare professionals may be required as part of an integrated care approach.

NB : The practice specializes in a modality named SHIP.

It is a psycho-bio-dynamic therapeutic modality.

Any person joining the practice must be willing to learn this new therapeutic method and undergo two weekly supervision for 3-6 months.

All training is provided by the employer.

We're looking for someone who :

• Is registered with the HPCSA as a Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychologist
• Works from a psychodynamic or relational orientation
• Has an interest (or existing experience) in mind-body approaches (e.g., somatic work, trauma-informed approaches, mindfulness, or body-oriented psychotherapy)
• Values collaboration, reflection, and ongoing learning
• Is seeking a long-term professional home within a supportive, established practice
