Are you a property hunter with a nose for opportunity? We're CTHA—an established Cape Town property management company—and we're searching for a deal‑maker who loves sourcing and signing long-term rental properties (with some Airbnb / short-term in the mix too).

Responsibilities

• Source and sign up new long‑term rental properties for our portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and investors.
• Manage the onboarding process—from first contact, to listing, to placing the right tenant.
• Collaborate with a hands‑on, owner‑led team that supports you with operations and tenant management.
• Identify opportunities where properties may also work for short‑term / Airbnb and loop in the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in long‑term rentals, lettings, or property management.
• Proven track record in lead generation and closing mandates.
• Energy, drive, and a genuine love for Cape Town's property market.
• Valid driver's licence; FFC / NQF4 preferred (or willingness to obtain).
