Job description

This role forms part of the Property and Asset Management team within the Village n Life hospitality group.

The Role

As Property Project Manager you’ll oversee projects across the group’s hospitality properties – from refurbishments and maintenance upgrades to new developments. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to brand standard. The role requires both property and project management expertise, combining hands‑on coordination with strategic oversight of assets and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage property projects including renovations, maintenance and new developments
  • Develop detailed project plans, budgets and schedules
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers
  • Monitor project progress, risks, costs and quality compliance
  • Ensure adherence to asset management procedures and property standards
  • Conduct feasibility studies and manage procurement and contract negotiations
  • Maintain accurate asset data, project documentation and financial reporting
  • Lead project teams and ensure clear communication among stakeholders
  • Manage handovers and ensure all work meets operational readiness and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
  • Qualification in property management, construction, or a related field (required)
  • Project management qualification or diploma
  • 3–5 years’ experience in property or construction project management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
  • Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and asset management principles
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple sites and collaborate with internal teams
