We are looking for a qualified Real Estate Agent responsible for buying and selling properties within our real estate business. The role involves growing our customer base by generating leads, advising clients on market conditions, and developing competitive pricing strategies. The agent will create property listings, present purchase offers to sellers, and ensure excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain an active listings database, including details such as location, features, and size, following the company template.
- Prospect clients to generate leads for property sales.
- Pull CMA reports and prepare market analyses.
- Send pre-listing packs and mandates to sellers, including CMA information.
- Gather and store necessary documents such as FICA, Body Corporate Rules, Financials, and AGM Minutes.
- Coordinate property photography, select images, and ensure quality standards.
- Visit properties with checklists and confirm all costs with tenants and landlords in writing.
- Upload photos, prepare listings on Propdata, and ensure accuracy of mandate dates and write-ups.
- List properties on online portals and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Arrange and prepare for property viewings, including creating listing cards and promotional materials.
- Follow up with buyers and provide feedback to sellers after viewings.
- Facilitate negotiations and draft offer agreements, addendums, and annexures.
- Present offers to sellers, obtain signatures, and ensure document accuracy.
- Provide bi-weekly feedback to owners and promote properties via social media.
- Attend industry training and maintain real estate licensing requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 6 months of real estate call center experience with a proven track record.
- Experience in sales and client management.
- Clear criminal and background checks.
- Strong interpersonal and local market knowledge.
- Possession of a laptop, cell phone, and valid driver’s license.
