A fast-growing real estate firm based in Cape Town seeks a remote Property Practitioner. You will manage property listings, conduct market research, and work closely with the sales team. While real estate knowledge is helpful, they offer comprehensive training. This is a commission-only opportunity with no earning limits, requiring valid FFC certification. Candidates must be financially prepared for up to 3 months before earning.

This course provides intern agents with all the tools needed to thrive in the real estate industry.
We permit full autonomy for experienced agents and we have a dedicated career pathway for all of our agents until Master Property Practitioner. We assist our agents with business registrations, deal management, client interactions and our training is offered personally by the principal who is a 20 year military veteran with a wealth of experience in business strategy, negotiations, scaling businesses and generating top performing agents. This is a full-time remote role for a Candidate or Full Status Property Practitioner.
The Property Practitioner will be responsible for managing property listings, coordinating property tours, and liaising with clients and property owners. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing property documents, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations.
The Property Practitioner will also work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Real estate market knowledge and experience with property Listings is encouraged but not necessary - we teach you this.
Strong communication and negotiation skills - be a people's person.
Ability to conduct market research and analysis - have a consistent ability to improve.
Proficiency in preparing property documents and ensuring compliance with regulations - Have a methodical approach to your tasks.
Experience in sales and developing sales strategies - encouraged but we teach you this.
Excellent organizational and time management skills - be punctual.
Ability to work independently and remotely - it won't be lonely, we have numerous team interactions when necessary.
Relevant real estate certifications and licenses - Non negotiable : You must have a valid FFC, or be in the financial position to pay R for your FFC license during onboarding. This is a commission only opportunity and you should be able to financially sustain yourself for up to 3 months.
Experience with real estate software and digital tools is a plus - encouraged but we teach you this (and it will make your life that much easier).
Nqf4 in Real Estate, Business Administration diploma, or related field qualification is encouraged but not a urgent requirement - we assist you on your learning journey.
This is strictly a commission earning role, however with no limit on income earning potential.
