The Role:
As a Property Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality marketing and sales materials that showcase luxury vacation properties. You will create engaging content across multiple formats, ensuring a seamless brand experience while driving interest and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling content for websites, social media, property brochures (print and digital), and marketing materials.

  • Manage website content updates to ensure accurate and visually appealing property listings.

  • Create visually engaging documents and guides for vacation property owners.

  • Write high-quality articles for the company’s magazine, providing insights on vacation home ownership and market trends.

  • Maintain and update property databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date listings.

Requirements:
  • Degree or relevant training in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.

  • Strong eye for aesthetics and experience in creating visually appealing marketing materials.

  • Proficiency in image editing and ideally video editing tools.

  • Interest in real estate, vacation properties, and premium lifestyle marketing.

  • Excellent communication skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Fluency in English.
