Job summary

RPA Property Group is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to support financial management and reporting for its property portfolio. The role focuses on owner payments, reconciliations, month-end activities, and stakeholder communication to maintain accurate records and timely reporting.

The successful candidate will handle bank reconciliations, accruals, and journal processing while working closely with Property Managers to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting

Qualifications

• Qualification in accounting is required or preferred.
• 2–3 years’ experience in accounting/finance.
• Property management accounting experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and journals.
• Manage owner payments and banking reconciliations.
• Prepare balance sheet and accruals; ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with property managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails.
