We are seeking a highly energetic, mature, and experienced Mall / Facilities Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and overall management of the shopping mall / warehousing.
The role ensures a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment that enhances tenant satisfaction, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee daily building operations, including maintenance, security, cleaning, landscaping, and parking management.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Monitor contractors and service providers to ensure performance meets agreed standards and SLAs.
Tenant Relations
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants regarding operational issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to address tenant needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with the finance team regarding rental billing, debtors, leasing, tenant exiting and handovers.
- Maintain strong relationships to promote retention and satisfaction.
Financial & Administrative Management
- Prepare and manage service charge reconciliations, and maintenance costs.
- Monitor expenditure and implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure timely preparation of reports.
- Assist in procurement of services, suppliers, and contractors.
Customer Experience & Presentation
- Oversee the general presentation and cleanliness of common areas.
- Ensure all facilities are operating efficiently to enhance tenant and shopper experience.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Property Management or a related field (optional).
- Experience with MDA / MRI property management systems (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in facilities or mall management (retail or commercial property environment preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Financial management and budgeting experience.
