A fast-paced property management company is looking for an experienced Property Administrator to join their team. This is a permanent, full-time, in-office role, Monday to Friday, 08h00 to 16h30 with some micro-flexibility around lunchtime.

This role is crucial, as you will provide comprehensive support across tenant management, property administration, and office operations, ensuring all leases, invoices, and property-related processes are accurately managed and maintained. You will coordinate effectively between tenants, landlords, and service providers, keep schedules up to date, and assist with both administrative and accounts-related tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with tenants regarding queries, billings, and general administration
  • Maintain property leases, schedules, and records accurately
  • Capture invoices, obtain quotes, and follow up on payments and service providers
  • Manage tenant billing and ensure accounts are up to date
  • Regular follow-ups with tenants, landlords, and service providers
  • Assist with property maintenance requests and coordination
  • Maintain all administrative schedules and calendars for the office
  • General office support, including filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Support both accounts and administrative functions to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and initiative
Requirements
