Are you an organised and detail-driven professional with a passion for property management?

Our client, a leading player in the property industry, is seeking a Property Administrator to join their dynamic team based in Bloemfontein . This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with both numbers and people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full administrative function relating to lease preparation, tenant management, arrears control, and property administration.

Key Duties :
  • Prepare and process lease documentation, including credit checks, FICA compliance, and lease input summaries.
  • Load and update tenant information on internal systems.
  • Manage tenant statements, billing adjustments, reconciliations, and arrear reports.
  • Handle queries from tenants and provide professional, timely resolutions.
  • Maintain property and unit data, including utilities, parking schedules, and municipal invoices.
  • Consolidate and prepare monthly management reports.
  • Liaise with internal departments, external service providers, legal credit controllers when necessaryli>
Requirements :
  • Grade 12 (Matric) and a relevant diploma.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Property Administrator role.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in property leasing and accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software such as PIMS or MDA.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and the to meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive and professional approach with a sense of initiative.
