Project & Services Manager

Location: Cape Town (Southern Suburbs)

Salary: R38 000 – R42 000 per month

On-site: 95% office-based

Ground 2 Tap (G2T) is a fast-growing water engineering company scaling ±50% year-on-year. We’re hiring a Project & Services Manager (PSM) to run the operational heartbeat of our business — keeping projects, services, teams, and clients in sync.

  • Launch and manage project schedules
  • Confirm contractors, team readiness, and daily progress
  • Allocate technicians for service jobs
  • Respond to client issues after Day 14
  • Adjust plans in real time to keep delivery on track
Client Communication (20%)
  • Provide clear, proactive WhatsApp/email updates
  • Set expectations early
  • Maintain calm control during pressure moments
Admin & Invoicing (10%)
  • Issue service invoices within 24–48 hours
  • Maintain clean records and follow through to payment
