The Project Specialist: Community Development is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing micro to medium-scale projects aligned with our Social Labour Plan (SLP) commitments. This role is key in delivering sustainable community initiatives through effective project design, stakeholder engagement, and timely delivery within scope and budget.
The incumbent manages the full project lifecycle, including risk mitigation and adherence to project management standards, compliance, and performance frameworks. Collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders, the Project Specialist drives socio-economic development while maintaining responsible and ethical business practices.
Contribute to sustainable growth and development in local communities while supporting organizational goals.
3-5 years in infrastructure project delivery, including project coordination and reporting, with knowledge of PMBOK and Microsoft Project. Experience in construction, community development, or related fields is essential.
