Role Description

TheInvestment Associatein Private Equity plays a pivotal role in supporting the full investment cycle, from origination and due diligence to deal execution and portfolio management.

This position focuses on financial analysis, market evaluation, and strategic insight to identify high-value opportunities and drive long-term portfolio performance.

The Investment Associate contributes to the firm's success by providing data-driven recommendations and supporting investment strategies that enhance value creation. Key responsibilities include conducting detailed financial modeling, valuation analyses, and scenario assessments to evaluate potential investments.

The Investment Associate performs market and sector research, reviews company financials, and supports the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations for investment committees.

The role also involves participating in transaction structuring, supporting negotiations, and ensuring that all investment processes comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Once investments are made, the Investment Associate monitors portfolio company performance, tracks key performance indicators, and collaborates with management teams to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
