Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and investment principles. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and analytical tools. Ability to assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and business fundamentals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and presentations. Detail-oriented, structured, and capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously. Knowledge of private equity deal processes, due diligence, and portfolio management practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
