Project Presentation Designer required in Cape Town.

Are you proficient with doing presentations for clients which includes using advanced PowerPoint and Videography applications?

Our client Paarden Eiland requires your technical ability to manage this critical process for their Sales Consultants to manage their presentations and quotations for customers for successful closure of sales deals.

Requirements:

• Matric, tertiary education highly advantageous
• Essential to be proficient in Video creation and PowerPoint, Graphic design skills highly advantageous
• Ability to take instructions clearly for a brief and action accordingly fitting in with tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills
• A team player who strives to be a right hand for all consultants requirements and building relationships accordingly
• Demonstrated graphical design ability, videography experience, and proficiency in digital content creation

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the various projects required from the team of consultants and ensure all deliverables align with client expectations and internal standards.
• Once a project brief is obtained, manage all research and content sourcing to produce accurate, high‑quality results.
• Design, build, and structure professional presentations across multiple digital platforms, including:
  • Canva – for layout design, branding, visual content, and presentation formatting.
  • AI Videography Applications – for creating short‑form videos, visual storyboards, and digital assets that support proposal enhancement.
  • PowerPoint – managing of presentations
• Design and create comprehensive portfolios and client‑ready presentations in PowerPoint, incorporating relevant video footage, imagery, and digital elements.
• Ensure all presentations and itineraries are produced at a high standard, customised to the needs, preferences, and budgets of each client.
• Build strong client and internal team relationships, assisting with workflow processes and ensuring a seamless delivery experience.
• Continually update your knowledge across digital tools, multimedia platforms, and areas of specialisation within the business.
• Gather feedback, track success metrics, and maintain statistics on the effectiveness of presentations and digital content.
• Maintain an organised filing and version‑control system for all briefs, drafts, itineraries, digital assets, and presentations.
• Ensure deadlines are consistently met for proposals, promotions, creative content, and project timelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure brand consistency, efficient workflow, and timely completion of deliverables.
