About the Role
The Project & Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of projects and ensuring seamless business operations across our UAE and UK markets.
Acting as the bridge between leadership and delivery teams, you will be responsible for translating strategy into execution, managing resources effectively, and overseeing operational processes that keep the business running at its best.

You’ll not only ensure that day‑to‑day activities flow smoothly, but also take ownership of optimising processes, implementing scalable systems, and enabling the long‑term growth of our organisation in two of the world’s most wealthy markets.
Success in this position requires a blend of project management expertise, operational oversight, and commercial acumen, with the ability to align local delivery in the UAE with strategic priorities in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects across multiple channels and workstreams.
- Define digital project scope, milestones, and KPIs to ensure deliverables are achieved on time, within budget, and aligned to client objectives.
- Proactively manage digital risks, technical dependencies, and blockers to keep initiatives on track.
- Facilitate collaboration across performance, creative, and technical teams to ensure clarity of ownership and accountability.
- Own and continuously optimise digital workflows and operational processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and consistency across markets.
- Oversee digital client and team onboarding frameworks to ensure seamless transitions and readiness for delivery.
- Act as the systems owner for project and operational platforms (e.g., , Everhour, Odoo, Slack, Google Drive, GA4, Ads platforms), ensuring they are fully integrated and used to their potential.
- Monitor digital resource capacity and allocation, providing recommendations for workload balancing, automation opportunities, and future planning.
- Provide leadership with real‑time reporting on digital project performance, resourcing, and profitability.
- Translate campaign and delivery metrics into actionable commercial insights that support forecasting, optimisation, and growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate internal records, including digital invoicing workflows, client data sheets, and active account documentation.
- Partner with leadership to deliver strategic digital initiatives and embed new technologies or process improvements across the business.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement by identifying operational bottlenecks and introducing digital‑first solutions.
- Support delivery teams with training and guidance on best practices, system adoption, and adherence to digital processes.
- Ensure teams clearly understand client / project scopes, digital KPIs, and the broader organisational remit in both the UAE and UK markets.
- Organise an Annual team‑building event for our team based in South Africa.
What We're Looking For
- Essential : 3+ years of experience in project management or an operational role in an agency environment.
- Proven experience in project management and / or operations within a fast‑paced business or agency environment.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into operational execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross‑functional teams.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance client satisfaction, delivery excellence, and profitability.
- Proficiency with project and operational tools (e.g., , Everhour, Odoo, Slack, Google Workspace).
- Experience working with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other platforms is a plus.
- Desirable : Experience in digital, creative, or agency environments.
- Desirable : Background in process improvement or change management.
- Desirable : Paid Media or SEO experience.
