Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Project Manager to lead risk and compliance initiatives at its Nelspruit operations. You will drive regulatory programs, develop policies, and assess risks across legal, finance, and operations in a hybrid setup.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, law, or related field, 6+ years of project management experience focused on risk and compliance, and professional certifications such as CRISC, CGEIT, or PMP are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on risk management and/or regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Experience with compliance software and risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as CRISC, CGEIT, or PMP are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management.
• Develop and implement compliance frameworks and policies, ensuring alignment with legal and industry standards.
