We're seeking a results-driven Project Manager with strong Quantity Surveying expertise to lead our active building revamp program, featuring projects up to R8 million.

Your Impact

Strategic Planning

Conduct detailed feasibility studies and cost assessments. Develop project plans meeting company quality assurance standards.

Project Leadership

Appoint and manage contractors and specialist consultants. Oversee building works from inception to completion. Manage snag lists and ensure quality rectification.

Financial Control

Prepare accurate cost estimates and bills of quantities. Control project budgets and monitor expenditure. Handle contractor payments and final account settlements.

Stakeholder Excellence

Negotiate tenant specifications for win-win outcomes. Secure municipal approvals and regulatory compliance. Provide clear, timely reports to senior management.

Education & Experience

Degree or Diploma in Construction / Quantity Surveying / Architecture / Engineering.

5+ years of property development project management experience.

Proven track record in cost control and budget management.

Strong quantity surveying and cost planning abilities.

Contract law knowledge and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Project management software, Excel, and Microsoft Office suite.
