Overview

Job Summary: Responsible for managing, delivering, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the WCGDoI programme. Responsible for overseeing other Project Managers on private projects.

Responsibilities

PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT FOR THE TUSK / WCGDoI MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME

  • Managing the projects allocated, including but not limited to the following:
  • Ensuring adherence with cashflow and programme.
  • Drafting and reviewing of cashflow and programme.
  • Meeting the deadlines, driving programme and cashflow.
  • Managing the Education projects.
  • Keeping the server up to date at all times.
  • Ensuring that all documentation is filed correctly.
  • Managing procurement.
  • Managing consultants and contractors’ appointments and performance.
  • Complying with all processes and protocols.
  • Management of contracts, including JBCC and NEC.
  • Checking invoices and their correctness.
  • Review of appointments, additional fees, and any other related matters.
  • Making sure Auditor General audits are successfully completed.
Deliverables

Needs to be accurate, precise, and correct. Completed according to timelines.

Any additional administration tasks that may be required from time to time.

Qualifications Required

Degree in Project Management and professional registration as Project Manager.

  • Experience in Project / Programme Management is a bonus.
  • Minimum experience: 8 years
