The purpose of this role is to ensure the successful delivery of projects by planning, organizing, and managing resources effectively, while aligning project outcomes with the organization’s strategic goals. The role is responsible for driving project objectives, coordinating activities, and maintaining adherence to quality standards, budgets, and timelines. By fostering collaboration, ensuring accountability, and promoting structured methodologies, this role plays a critical part in achieving both project-specific and broader organizational objectives, delivering value to stakeholders and supporting long-term success.
Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in project management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field.
Project management certification (e.g. CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile) is advantageous.
Experience:
A MINIMUM of 2 years’ experience managing medium to large complexity technical projects in a software development environment.
Experience in healthcare IT systems or software development projects is advantageous.
