JOB PURPOSE

Digitas is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager Intern to support the delivery of digital marketing, technology, and creative projects. This internship offers hands-on exposure to integrated campaign delivery, digital production, client service, and cross‑functional collaboration within a leading digital agency environment.

The successful candidate will assist project managers in coordinating resources, tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do everyday

Project Coordination

• Support project managers in the planning and execution of digital, social media, website, CRM, and campaign projects.
• Help coordinate project timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
• Track project progress and highlight risks or delays.
• Ensure project documentation is updated and maintained.

Resource Management

• Assist in scheduling internal teams including Strategy, Creative, Media, Data, Technology, and Client Service.
• Monitor workloads and support with resource allocation.
• Coordinate project status updates across teams.

Stakeholder Communication

• Attend project meetings and capture key actions and next steps.
• Distribute meeting notes and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Act as a liaison between project teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines.

Administration & Reporting

• Maintain project trackers, timelines, and project management tools.
• Update budgets, timelines, and status reports where required.
• Assist with project reporting and post-campaign reviews.
• Ensure all project files and assets are correctly stored and accessible.

Process & Quality Assurance

• Support quality control checks before project delivery.
• Ensure projects follow agency processes and workflows.
• Help identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications
