Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budget for the project.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with public health best practices and harm reduction principles.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain programme integrity.
- Assist the faculty to engage cross-functional departments in a manner that promotes shared governance, accountability and collaboration.
- Foster equitable and mutually beneficial partnerships with community organisations.
- Navigates complex relationships between public health agencies, municipal authorities and other community groups to sustain programme viability.
- Manage funding streams (grants, donations, contracts) and ensure financial accountability.
- Review financial reports for donors and stakeholders on programme outcomes and research funds.
- Manage contracts with suppliers and other vendors.
- Ensure ethical data collection and compliance with research regulations.
- Ensure that all project activities adhere to UP, CoT and project specific policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- MMed and FCFP in Family Medicine
- 2 years experience as a Project Manager

- Knowledge of harm reduction interventions, policies and practices.

- Must be able to work independently and in a team.
