  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budget for the project.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with public health best practices and harm reduction principles.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain programme integrity.
  • Assist the faculty to engage cross-functional departments in a manner that promotes shared governance, accountability and collaboration.
  • Foster equitable and mutually beneficial partnerships with community organisations.
  • Navigates complex relationships between public health agencies, municipal authorities and other community groups to sustain programme viability.
  • Manage funding streams (grants, donations, contracts) and ensure financial accountability.
  • Review financial reports for donors and stakeholders on programme outcomes and research funds.
  • Manage contracts with suppliers and other vendors.
  • Ensure ethical data collection and compliance with research regulations.
  • Ensure that all project activities adhere to UP, CoT and project specific policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
  • MMed and FCFP in Family Medicine
  • 2 years experience as a Project Manager
