WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Steer community teams in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg, ensuring strong and consistent communication, education and guidance.
- Ensure continuous development and education of community team based on strategies, concepts, product innovations and brand campaigns.
- Guarantee full alignment of execution with brand strategy and visual/verbal identity.
- Carry out all project/community management tasks to ensure high‑class realization in close contact with client and community captains.
- Plan projects and maintain task lists, milestones, timelines, reporting and KPI’s.
- Control budget and manage invoices.
- Manage community teams for daily and monthly activations, developing and maintaining yearly KPIs, scheduling weekly activations and supporting digital/technical needs such as uploading sessions to the app.
- Assist with on‑the‑ground management and regular activation visits.
- Translate global toolkits for local execution.
- Coordinate topics related to local ecosystem (vendors, partnerships, brand assets, etc.).
- Collaborate with the social media manager to amplify all community runs and activations.
- Manage client, stakeholder and supplier relationships.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of agency experience with large corporations.
- Innovative, cooperative communicator with a meticulous and organized nature.
- Detail‑oriented, able to synthesize details into overall pictures.
- Proactive problem‑solver with an active mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, assertive when needed.
- Technologically savvy, enthusiastic about trends and insights.
- Passionate about sports and running.
- Proficient MS‑Office user.
- Team player who shares responsibilities across groups.
