WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Steer community teams in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg, ensuring strong and consistent communication, education and guidance.
  • Ensure continuous development and education of community team based on strategies, concepts, product innovations and brand campaigns.
  • Guarantee full alignment of execution with brand strategy and visual/verbal identity.
  • Carry out all project/community management tasks to ensure high‑class realization in close contact with client and community captains.
  • Plan projects and maintain task lists, milestones, timelines, reporting and KPI’s.
  • Control budget and manage invoices.
  • Manage community teams for daily and monthly activations, developing and maintaining yearly KPIs, scheduling weekly activations and supporting digital/technical needs such as uploading sessions to the app.
  • Assist with on‑the‑ground management and regular activation visits.
  • Translate global toolkits for local execution.
  • Coordinate topics related to local ecosystem (vendors, partnerships, brand assets, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the social media manager to amplify all community runs and activations.
  • Manage client, stakeholder and supplier relationships.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of agency experience with large corporations.
