Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Principal Project Manager in Pretoria, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have a BSc or equivalent qualification in the built environment, along with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, 5 of which should be managing complex projects. Qualifications
  • BSc, B. Eng or BTech qualification in built environment with professional registration as a Construction Project Manager with SACPCMP
  • Project management qualification advantageous, as well as post‑graduation studies in project management, business, or legal related fields
  • Good knowledge of and experience in built environment, planning processes, statutory processes, government policies and leading teams
  • 10+ years relevant experience with at least 5 years in complex building and/or infrastructure projects
  • Good ability on MS Office suite
Responsibilities

  • Build/maintain external stakeholder relationships
  • Project and programme management & contract administration
