Pinewood.AI is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee end-to-end software implementations for automotive clients across Africa. You will coordinate discovery, setup, and delivery while acting as the product SME to guide features and processes.

The role requires strong PM discipline, customer focus, and leadership across multiple projects. You will lead training, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, PM, or related field.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and software development lifecycle.
• Proficient with PM tools: Jira, Asana, Trello.

• Facilitate training sessions for customers and internal teams on product features.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and customer expectations.
• Serve as liaison between Customer Operations and internal departments at early stages.
• Provide regular progress updates and performance reports to senior leadership.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout implementation and delivery.
• Prepare customer-facing updates and documentation with accuracy and transparency.
• Gather post-implementation feedback to improve product and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including scopes and timelines.
• Establish best practices for project management and delivery.
• Lead project reviews and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor team members in project delivery practices.
• Identify and implement innovative PM approaches to improve efficiency and scalability across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and customer expectations to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between Customer Operations and internal departments for customer concerns and the initial stages of implementation projects.
• Provide regular project progress updates and performance reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers throughout implementation, training, and delivery.
• Oversee the preparation of customer-facing updates, documentation, and announcements to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Gather post-implementation feedback to identify opportunities to improve the product, customer experience, and delivery processes.
• Develop and maintain accurate project documentation, including project scopes, timelines, and change controls.
• Establish and implement best practices for project management, customer engagement, and delivery.
• Lead project reviews, document lessons learned, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and support team members in developing effective project delivery and management practices.
• Identify and implement innovative project management approaches to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across teams.
