Job summary

An established retail property company in Gauteng seeks a Project Manager to oversee Shopping Centre redevelopment. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience, strong skills in AutoCAD and Revit, and be capable of managing all aspects of the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include coordinating site activities, liaising with leasing teams, and ensuring compliance with project goals. This role reports directly to the CEO and requires effective communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in retail property or Shopping Centre project management.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is non-negotiable.
• Experience with redevelopment or refurbishment projects involving retail tenants.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle for retail redevelopment projects.
• Coordinate contractors and consultants.
• Produce drawings and work confidently in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Oversee site activities, monitor progress, and ensure compliance.
• Liaise with leasing to incorporate tenant requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits.
• Report directly to CEO on progress and risks.

PROJECT MANAGER – RETAIL & SHOPPINGCENTRE REDEVELOPMENT

Location : Head Office (with site visits across the existing portfolio)

Salary : Negotiable

Reporting to : CEO

Industry : Retail Property / Shopping Centres

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong technical experience in AutoCAD and Revit, capable of managing Shopping Centre development projects.

You will work closely with the CEO and Leasing Team, coordinating redevelopment and reconfiguration projects across the portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full project lifecycle for retail redevelopment projects
