Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, develop, and manage aerospace engineering projects, ensuring they align with overall organizational objectives.
• Provide interim and quarterly status reports to senior management, clients, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of long-term budgets covering manpower, training, facilities, and equipment.
• Ensure comprehensive understanding of project history, status, and potential future challenges to meet contractual milestones.
• Lead efforts to build and expand the Project Management Group, enhancing its efficiency to support all project management functions and requirements.
• Guide and integrate a team of experienced engineers to achieve project goals effectively.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals for spin-off projects and new business opportunities.
• Proactively create and improve tools, techniques, and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet technical specifications.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Engineering
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing engineering projects.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to report effectively to senior management and clients.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Desirable Skills and Experience :

• Formal project management certification or qualification.
• Strong background in aerospace or mechanical engineering.
