Are you an experienced Project Manager with a knack for supporting senior executives and managing multiple stakeholders?

We’re looking for aProject Manager to join our Activations and Experience team.

This role is a great opportunity to coordinate projects from inception to completion, provide key executive support, and ensure operational effectiveness.

You’ll be responsible for managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and preparing executive reports to ensure projects are executed successfully and with excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management & Coordination: Oversee projects from start to finish, develop project plans and timelines, and monitor progress, risks, and dependencies. Maintain accurate project documentation and dashboards while facilitating regular status meetings.
  • Executive Support: Support strategic initiatives, prepare executive reports and presentations, and consolidate inputs from various functions for key discussions. Track and follow up on key decisions and deliverables from meetings.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments, drive accountability for agreed‑upon actions, and facilitate clear communication teams.
  • Operational Excellence: Support operational planning and execution, and contribute to refining internal processes and systems.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to project management standards, templates, and governance frameworks, and uphold confidentiality and data integrity.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum Qualifications: A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum Experience: 3–4 years of experience in project management or coordination within a corporate environment.
  • Experience in the FMCG, creative, or service‑oriented industries is a plus.

You should be a tech‑savvy professional with excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills. We are looking for someone with strong stakeholder management, critical thinking, and a high level of professionalism and discretion. The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple workstreams is also essential. This is a global position with no direct reports, reporting to the Chief Brand Experience Officer.
