Job Purpose and Description

Oversee implementation of the Forum's initiatives. Develop and maintain the Forum's work plan aligned with JET strategic goals. Prepare content (agendas, presentations, minutes, briefings) for Forum engagements. Track and incorporate Forum inputs into the broader JET Implementation Plan. Provide regular updates on implementation progress to relevant structures. Conduct analysis and produce reports to support Forum decision-making. Monitor participation and identify emerging issues on Forum related work. Ensure inclusive contributions and follow-up for alignment. Develop and manage a strategy to foster collaboration and responsiveness amongst stakeholders. Organise strategic planning sessions and specialised workshops. Provide management support and contribute to broader policy work. Attend all Forum-related meetings and events.

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management / Social Sciences / Public Admin / Natural Sciences / Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • Post-graduate qualification will be an advantage.
