We are looking for a Project Manager to join our financial services client based in Sandton for a 12-month contract role. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise-wide projects, ensuring successful delivery in alignment with our business strategy. This role is responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, including goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risk management, contingency planning, and resource allocation.

What You Will Be Doing

• Plan, direct, and oversee all phases of complex projects or programmes across the enterprise.
• Align project execution with business strategy through effective planning, organizing, staffing, negotiating, and controlling of project activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including objectives, timelines, risks, and contingency plans.
• Escalate impediments, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project value.
• Foster continuous improvement within teams and support Agile practices across software development projects.
• Lead hybrid Agile/Waterfall initiatives with a strong focus on scaled Lean-Agile principles.
• Ensure alignment of program goals with stakeholder expectations and business outcomes.

What We Are Looking For
