Klipboard has a flexible hybrid work policy where employees spend three days in the office and two days working from home, combining office collaboration with remote work.

Working within the Professional Services Group, this role focuses on delivering our suite of products to both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
  • Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
  • Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
  • Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
  • Addresses questions, concerns and/or complaints throughout the project.
  • Acts as a liaison between company customers and vendors.
  • Communicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs and systems.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual and company regulations, standards, specifications and best practices.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Key Requirements

Essential

  • Detailed knowledge of an industry-recognised project management methodology
  • Ability to engage with users through to board level
  • Experience of managing multiple projects at any one time
  • Experience of delivering technology projects (software, SaaS, ERP, etc.)
  • Experience of managing budgets and delivering to deadlines
  • Ability to understand customer requirements
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of the project lifecycle
  • Experience of using project management tools
  • A desire to succeed and improve processes and add value always
  • You must hold a full SA driving license and be able to travel to client sites, with some projects requiring overnight stays when necessary

Desirable

  • Experience of using or project managing ERP upgrades, implementations and releases
