Overview
Our client is hiring a Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop project plans and timelines.
- Manage multiple large projects simultaneously, including IT, security, PABX, and connectivity rollouts on a national scale.
- Identify, allocate, and manage human, financial, and material resources effectively.
- Create and manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial compliance.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and other relevant parties.
- Provide regular project progress updates and reports.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and address concerns effectively.
- Oversee project closure, including documentation, handover, and evaluation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration or Management).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, ideally within a relevant industry.
- Proven track record managing multiple large-scale projects, including IT, security, PABX, and connectivity national rollouts.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
