Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Project Manager to join our remote team.

You will play a critical role in supporting and improving the efficiency of our day-to-day operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution across business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the daily operational functions of the business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and improve internal systems and workflows to drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Finance) to streamline handoffs and ensure process alignment.
  • Monitor key metrics and generate regular reports to help leadership make informed decisions.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members, clients, or vendors by setting up processes and ensuring documentation is complete.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and suggest solutions to improve operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks as needed to support the broader operations team.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an operations, project coordination, or administrative support role (remote experience preferred).
  • Must be able to work full-time hours aligned with the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp), and CRMs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
