You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all aspects of the project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience, a relevant degree, and excellent leadership and communication skills. This role offers a negotiable competitive salary based on experience.

Formación

• 8 to 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Registered as either PrTech, PrEng or PrCPM.
• Experience working on building and township services would be beneficial.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Experience on building and township services is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Valid driver's license.

Job Overview

Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's team in Durban and oversee the successful execution of multi-disciplinary projects (buildings and townships). As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.

Requirements
