We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and confident Project Manager to lead and deliver complex Zoho implementation projects across multiple industries. Thisrole is designed for someone with strong project leadership experience, exceptional organisational capability, and the ability to manage large-scale projects with minimal supervision.

As the Project Manager, you willown the entire project lifecycle, lead the delivery team as directed by the Head of Implementations, engage executive-level stakeholders, and be fully accountable for project outcomes.

Project Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation, scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Establish project governance structures, charters, and delivery frameworks.
  • Manage scope, budget, timeline, resources, quality, and project risks, owning the project outcome fully.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across the Implementations team, Developers, Business Consultants, and clients.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet agreed quality standards and client expectations.
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior clients and key decision-makers.
  • Lead requirements workshops, project kick-offs, solution discovery sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Build long-term relationships through consistent communication, proactive problem solving, and high professionalism.
  • Manage escalations, expectations, and contractual obligations.
Requirements Understanding, Solution Validation & Zoho Alignment
  • Review and interpret Zoho Implementation Proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), business requirements, and solution designs to ensure full understanding of project scope and deliverables.
  • Understand Zoho architecture and key features across core applications (Zoho CRM, Projects, Desk, Books, Analytics, etc.) to validate that configurations align with documented requirements.
  • Use knowledge of Zoho applications and project dependencies to estimate project timelines accurately, effort, and resource requirements.
  • Bridge communication between clients and technical teams by ensuring that requirements are understood, deliverables align with expectations, and configuration meets the intended design.
Risk, Issue & Change Management
  • Identify project risks and issues early and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain and manage RAID logs and ensure timely escalation where required.
  • Run structured change control processes, assess impact, and adjust project plans accordingly.
Project Administration & Documentation
  • Maintain up-to-date project plans, schedules, documentation, timelines, and progress reports within Zoho Projects.
  • Produce weekly and monthly project status reports, dashboards, and client summaries.
  • Ensure all project information is accurate, consistent, and stored professionally across Zoho tools.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead project team members including consultants, coordinators, and developers.
  • Provide direction, feedback, coaching, and oversight on execution quality.
  • Ensure clarity of responsibilities and alignment on deliverables across all team members.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track key project KPIs: timelines, deliverable progress, utilisation, resource performance, deviations, and risks.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Zoho Projects and Zoho Analytics.
  • Present project health insights to internal leadership and clients.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
  • Log into client-specific Zoho environments to assess work completed by consultants and developers, identify gaps, validate accuracy, and ensure readiness for client review.
  • Participate in and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, ensuring functional, process, and configuration requirements are met.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet business, functional, and operational objectives, escalating deviations early.
  • Implement strong QA processes including test planning, UAT management, and delivery reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps in process, communication, and delivery, and proposing solutions.
  • Promote a culture of high performance and high accountability within the team.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate Diploma or Honours in a related field is advantageous.
  • Professional certifications (preferred): PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile/Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, etc.
  • Zoho certifications are an advantage but not required prior to hiring.
Experience
  • 5–7+ years of proven end-to-end project management experience in IT, SaaS, digital transformation, or systems implementation projects.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-phase, multi-stakeholder client projects.
  • Strong experience engaging C-suite and senior business stakeholders.
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and project governance.
  • Experience working within structured project methodologies (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall).
Technical Proficiency
  • Strong proficiency with project management platforms (Zoho Projects preferred; Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com also considered).
  • Strong ability to learn new digital systems fast, especially the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Projects, Desk, Books, Analytics).
  • Excellent documentation, analytical, and reporting skills.
