We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team and manage customer projects throughout the entire project management lifecycle.

As a Project Manager in Cape Town, you will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all targets are met.

You will support risk management and business control activities, effectively communicate progress, and address issues with customers, management, and stakeholders.

Additionally, you will assist in project planning, cost estimation, scheduling, and conducting risk assessments throughout the lifecycle of the project.

You Are :

We're looking for a confident, structured project leader with a hands‐on approach and a proactive mindset.You're just as comfortable handling the technical side of a project as you are communicating with stakeholders.

Must live in Cape Town, South Africa

At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally from wind, energy, construction, or other technical sectors.

BCom in Project Management and / or relevant technical qualification.

Must have a valid SA drivers licence.

Must pass an Annexure 3 medical.

Strong planning and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience working in international and cross‑functional environments.

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills – you're a natural connector.

The ability to remain calm, focused, solution‑oriented under pressure and ability to adapt to change.

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Willingness to travel to sites, partners, or customer locations as and when required.

Responsibilities :

Manage Full Project Lifecycle : Lead and coordinate projects from initiation through execution and close‑out – ensuring on‑time delivery, cost control, quality standards, and adherence to health & safety guidelines.

Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders to align on goals, share progress, and solve challenges as they arise.

Focus on Customers : Ensure that customer expectations are clearly understood, met, and exceeded – building strong relationships through clear communication and reliable delivery.

Support Sales & Planning : Provide input during tenders and project planning, contributing to pricing, scheduling, and risk assessments during the early stages of the project.

Apply Best Practices : Use established project management frameworks, tools, and governance models to ensure consistency and control across all phases of the project.

Mitigate Risks & Ensure Compliance : Identify potential risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
