Job summary

Novah-LOY Consulting in Cape Town seeks a Project Leader to manage the WCGDoI programme, overseeing delivery, implementation, monitoring and reporting to ensure success.

You will manage projects, control cashflow and deadlines, oversee contracts (JBCC and NEC), coordinate consultants and contractors, keep documentation up to date and report to the Programme Manager.

The role requires strong governance, integrity and communication skills to deliver accurate results on time.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture.
• Experience in the Construction Industry.
• Experience in contracts administration (JBCC and NEC).
• Experience in Project/Programme Management is a bonus.
• Minimum experience: 5 Years.
